Qigong Exercise Classes For Beginners

This is a great opportunity to learn about Qigong and the benefits an energy healing class can bring you. Coming to this course will calm your mind and energize your body with the breathing and slow, flowing movements of these ancient energy healing exercises. Here you’ll learn simple exercises that anyone can use to relieve stress and improve health.

Class One

 Sept 10, 2019 to July 28, 2020  5:15pm to 6:15pm (No Class: Dec 24th or 31st)

Class Two

Every Friday: 10-11am

Private Lessons

Private classes are available at your location or ours. So if you want a one on one session, then this is the option for you!
